Indian denim and casualwear brand Spykar Lifestyles has elevated Gautam Jain to Chief Business Officer (CBO), expanding his leadership responsibilities after more than seven years with the company.
Jain was previously Vice President and Business Head at Spykar, a position he held from October 2025 to September 2026. He joined the company in 2019 as Head of Key Accounts for the Large-Format Retail (LFR) channel.
In 2022, he was appointed Associate Vice President and Business Head for LFR and Spykar Woman. He was subsequently elevated to Vice President in 2025 before taking on his current role.
Before joining Spykar, Jain worked as Category Manager for Men’s Youth at Central, part of Future Lifestyle Fashions, where he handled men’s jeanswear and casual fashion.
Earlier, he spent more than seven years at Shoppers Stop as Senior Manager for Buying and Merchandising, working across similar categories.
Jain began his career in 2004 as a Senior Merchandiser at J.K. Fabrics Bangalore Pvt. Ltd., building his experience across merchandising, buying, category management and retail business operations.
