Agilitas Sports has appointed Sahil Kansal as Sr Director to lead the retail expansion of its sports and lifestyle portfolio, including One8, HOKA, Lotto, SportsYard and The KIT, as per his LinkedIn handle.
Kansal joins from Croma, where he spent over 12 years, most recently as VP – Property Development & Design. As per his LinkedIn profile, he brings nearly two decades of experience in retail property, store development, franchising and business development, and has earlier worked with Baskin Robbins, Fylfot Hospitality and CityInfo Services.
His appointment comes as Agilitas, founded in 2023 by Abhishek Ganguly, Atul Bajaj and Amit Prabhu, builds a larger physical retail presence across India. The company plans to open 10 more SportsYard stores this financial year, following its 34,000 sq ft Bengaluru flagship. In June 2026, Agilitas raised ₹225 crore from Nexus Venture Partners and Rainmatter, partly to fund retail expansion.
