Solitario Lab Grown Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the exchange, with a proposed listing on BSE. The filing is a key step in the lab-grown diamond jewellery brand's plan to go public.
Solitario sells through 13 exclusive brand outlets and 20 multi-brand outlets across India. This combination lets the brand run its own stores while also reaching customers through partner retailers.
Beyond India, the company has a growing international presence in the UAE, Spain and Malaysia, as it works to establish itself as a global name in lab-grown jewellery.
Solitario was co-founded by Ricky Vasandani, actor Vivek Oberoi and Satish Daryanani, and has its manufacturing base in Surat, the centre of India's diamond industry. The brand offers premium jewellery made with lab-grown diamonds, a category that is gaining ground with younger, value-conscious and sustainability-minded buyers. In February 2025, the company raised $3.6 million in pre-IPO funding to expand its retail network in India and overseas.
