Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) has planned to start 29 Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations in the city from 2025. This initiative is being undertaken to promote the use of electric vehicles in the city.

MSME Minister Kondapalli Srinivas said that the government plans to set up incubation centers and is formulating a virtual workplace policy with incentives for individuals who establish workplaces.

This deal is IFC's first investment in financing energy-efficient (EE) machinery for MSMEs in India. The funds obtained in the form of green bonds will be used to create eco-friendly assets, helping India achieve its sustainable development goals.
