So far in FY26, V2 Retail has added 41 new stores — 26 of which opened in Q1 alone — placing the company ahead of its stated goal to open 100 stores during the fiscal year.

V2 Retail Ltd has marked a major milestone in its growth journey, launching five new stores in a single day across Noida, Vizianagaram, Goalpara, Rohtak, and Ambala. With this rapid expansion, the value fashion retailer has surpassed the 230-store mark nationwide, reinforcing its aggressive push into metro and Tier-II/III cities.

The expansion aligns with a surge in financial performance. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q1 FY26, reaching ₹632 crore — a 52% jump compared to the same period last year. This follows a strong FY25, where annual revenue soared 62% to ₹1,884.5 crore and net profit surged 159% to ₹72 crore.

"This historic expansion reflects our vision of making fashion accessible to every Indian," said Ram Chandra Agarwal, Founder and Chairman. "Opening five stores in one day showcases our operational agility and strong demand for affordable fashion."

CEO Akash Agarwal highlighted the impact of new stores on revenue. “Nearly 35% of our Q1 topline came from newly opened stores. It reaffirms our strategy of combining affordability with quality and speed of execution,” he said.

V2 Retail offers over 5,000 fashion styles for men, women, and children, targeting value-conscious consumers seeking trendy, branded apparel. Its format emphasizes rapid market entry, disciplined pricing, and a broad assortment tailored to local demand.

With a robust store-opening pipeline, the company aims to sustain 40–50% annual revenue growth by expanding into new markets and improving store productivity. The single-day, five-city rollout reflects both the company’s strategic intent and its readiness to meet growing demand for affordable fashion across India.

As the retailer continues to scale, its focus remains on maintaining profitability while deepening its presence in both emerging and established markets.
