Prasad EC Appointed CFO of Raymond Lifestyle to Drive Financial Discipline and Strategic Growth

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Prasad EC as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it sharpens focus on governance, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

In his new role at Raymond Lifestyle Limited, Prasad will lead the finance function, enhance financial governance frameworks, and support strategic decision-making aligned with the company’s growth and transformation agenda.

Prasad brings over 24 years of experience across consumer durables, FMCG, and international business operations, with a strong track record in financial leadership, operational optimisation, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Electricals Limited, where he played a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving strategic planning, and enabling organisational change. His earlier stints include senior leadership roles at Voltas Limited, a Tata Group company, where he worked as All India Commercial Manager and Finance Head – International Operations. He has also held key positions at Emami Limited, gaining deep expertise in commercial management and financial operations.

Prasad is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Cost Accountant from ICWA, and holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University.

With this appointment, Raymond Lifestyle aims to leverage Prasad’s extensive experience to strengthen its financial strategy, improve operational efficiency, and effectively navigate growth opportunities across India and international markets.
