International facilities services provider, OCS Group, has taken a minority stake in Central Investigation & Security Services Ltd. (CISS) after its acquisition in engineering and housekeeping companies last year.
Heather Suksem, Chief Executive Officer, South Asia, South East Asia and Middle East, OCS Group, said, “This venture is a key part of our growth plan for India. It combines CISS established business with OCS’s international experience in delivering security solutions and our class-leading systems.
