Under a long-term agreement with Authentic Brands Group (Authentic), acting for F21 IPCO, LLC, TSIL will oversee Forever 21’s categories across apparel, bags, small leather goods, footwear, swimwear, caps, socks and hosiery in the three markets.

Forever 21 is set to strengthen its presence in South Asia through a new partnership with Thomas Scott (India) Limited (TSIL), which has been appointed the brand’s Exclusive Licensee for India, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Under a long-term agreement with Authentic Brands Group (Authentic), acting for F21 IPCO, LLC, TSIL will oversee Forever 21’s categories across apparel, bags, small leather goods, footwear, swimwear, caps, socks and hosiery in the three markets.

The agreement has an initial term of five years, with an option to renew for another five years. As part of the partnership, TSIL will lead Forever 21’s design, product development and merchandising in the region, working alongside the brand’s global partner network.

The partnership will follow a digital-first approach, with the initial focus on strengthening Forever 21’s presence and building engagement with its core young consumer base across the market.

Speaking about the partnership, Vedant Bang, Managing Director, Thomas Scott (India) Limited, said, "Forever 21 is about staying forever young, and India, the world's youngest major economy, is where that promise belongs. With Gen Z and Gen Alpha right in front of them, we want every Indian customer to find their twenty-one-year-old self in this brand. We're excited to scale Forever 21 in India, and equally excited to have been appointed a global designated supplier for the brand."

"Forever 21 has a strong connection with young consumers, and India represents an important market for the brand's next phase of growth," said Henry Stupp, President, EMEA-India, Authentic. "TSIL brings the local market expertise, integrated capabilities and digital-first approach needed to expand Forever 21 across the region. We look forward to working together to strengthen the brand's presence and position it for long-term growth."

The addition of Forever 21 further expands Thomas Scott (India) Limited’s portfolio of international fashion brands and builds on its capabilities across owned, licensed and global brand businesses. The company’s integrated platform combines design, manufacturing, technology, fulfilment and omnichannel distribution, enabling it to manage operations from product development through to consumer delivery.

TSIL currently manages more than 50,000 SKUs across over 15 brands, supported by four manufacturing facilities and four fulfilment centres serving customers across India. These capabilities are expected to support the company’s plans for growing Forever 21 across the region, alongside its data-led merchandising and integrated supply chain infrastructure.

The partnership also adds another international fashion name to TSIL’s portfolio as the company continues to expand its presence in the segment. TSIL reported consolidated revenue of ₹254.9 crore in FY26, up 58.3% year-on-year, supported by continued growth across its owned and licensed brand businesses.

Further details regarding Forever 21’s India launch and market expansion plans are expected to be announced in due course.
