Nutritious snacking brand Healthy Master has significantly expanded its quick-commerce presence, going live across multiple instant delivery platforms as part of its plan to scale pan-India and build a ₹500 crore e-commerce business over the next three to five years.
The brand is now available on Flipkart Minutes, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Now, Blinkit, BigBasket, FirstClub and Zepto, strengthening its access to consumers seeking healthier snack options delivered within minutes. The rollout, which began in January 2025, is focused on expanding availability across metro cities as well as Tier-II markets, where demand for convenient and better-for-you food choices is rising.
Healthy Master said the expansion aligns with its broader mission of encouraging mindful snacking and reducing dependence on junk food. With snacking increasingly driven by impulse and smaller, more frequent purchases, the company sees quick commerce as a key channel to influence everyday eating habits at the point of consumption.
Currently, the brand offers a curated selection of chips and tea-time snacks on quick-commerce platforms. Products such as Baked Flax Seed Mathri and Beetroot Chips have seen strong initial traction. To cater to impulse consumption, Healthy Master has also introduced a 30-gram small pouch format in the chips category, positioned as a portion-controlled and affordable alternative to conventional packaged snacks.
The strategy is already yielding results. Healthy Master is clocking around 75,000 monthly orders through quick-commerce platforms and is growing at about 20 per cent month-on-month. The company expects quick commerce to contribute nearly 60 per cent of overall sales in the next three months, with the share projected to rise to 75 per cent over the next year.
“Quick commerce is critical because it reaches consumers at the exact moment spontaneous snacking decisions are made,” said Tarun Agrawal, co-founder and chief executive officer of Healthy Master. He added that the company’s long-term goal is to replace junk snacking with healthier alternatives while keeping nutrition accessible and affordable.
The expansion comes at a time when demand for healthier impulse-buy snacks is growing, even as consumption of highly processed foods remains strong. Healthy Master aims to bridge this gap by offering clean-label snacks with 10–15 minute delivery timelines.
Looking ahead, the company plans to add new categories such as millet-based noodle pasta and millet cookies, while also exploring offline touchpoints through Healthy Snack Stations and evaluating international expansion opportunities.
