Brand plans to open 10 outlets through a mix of FOCO and COCO models as part of Bharat Hospitality’s next phase of expansion.

Bharat Hospitality has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Albert Pinto at Ithum Galleria Mall, Sector Alpha II, Greater Noida, bringing the city its first Goan-Portuguese cinematic dining restaurant. The opening marks an important milestone in the group’s expansion strategy and reinforces its focus on immersive, story-driven dining concepts rooted in Indian culinary heritage.

Spanning 3,300 square feet, Albert Pinto has been conceived as a narrative-led dining destination rather than a conventional restaurant. The space blends layered interiors, cinematic storytelling, and heritage-inspired menus to create an experience that goes beyond food. Located within Ithum Galleria, the outlet positions the brand at the heart of one of NCR’s fast-emerging lifestyle and commercial hubs.

Bharat Hospitality, a Make-in-India hospitality company, is known for research-driven concepts that reinterpret regional cuisines with contemporary sensibilities. With Albert Pinto, the group turns its focus to Goan and Goan-Portuguese culinary traditions, reimagining coastal flavours and time-honoured recipes through modern techniques while retaining cultural authenticity. The concept reflects the company’s broader mission to preserve and elevate regional Indian cuisines at a time when many traditional recipes face the risk of fading away.

Commenting on the launch, Manish Khattar, Founder of Bharat Hospitality, said the brand represents the group’s commitment to protecting India’s culinary legacy while presenting it in a way that resonates with today’s diners. He noted that introducing a Goan-Portuguese dining experience to Greater Noida is as much about storytelling and craftsmanship as it is about expansion, with the aim of keeping regional flavours relevant for future generations.

Founded in 2023, Bharat Hospitality has positioned itself as a hospitality group that blends food, design, and emotion into immersive dining narratives. Its growing portfolio includes concepts such as Baraamda, Shuddham, Albert Pinto, and Social Cues. The company is currently executing an expansion plan of over ₹50 crore, with ambitions to scale to more than 50 outlets over the next three years across Delhi-NCR, Goa, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and select international markets, including Dubai and Thailand.

Albert Pinto is expected to play a key role in this growth, with plans to open 10 outlets through a mix of FOCO and COCO models as part of Bharat Hospitality’s next phase of expansion.
