Wendy’s has expanded its presence in Pune with the opening of a new outlet at the food court of Elpro City Square Mall in Pimpri Chinchwad. The launch adds another location to the QSR brand’s growing network in the city.
Located within the mall’s food court, the new outlet will offer Wendy’s range of burgers, fries and desserts to shoppers and visitors. The location also provides the brand access to the surrounding residential and commercial catchments of Pimpri Chinchwad, while benefiting from the mall’s established customer base.
“Pune has a strong consumer base that is open to exploring new food experiences, making it an important market for Wendy’s India. As we continue to grow, we remain focused on choosing locations that allow us to be accessible to our consumers while bringing the Wendy’s experience to more parts of the city. With the new outlet at Elpro City Square Mall, we look forward to serving consumers with quality, flavour and an experience that makes every visit memorable,” said Ankush Grover, Co-founder and Global CEO, Rebel Foods.
The new outlet will offer Wendy’s range of internationally inspired flavours, drawing from Argentina’s Chimichurri, Louisiana’s Cajun, Korea’s Buldak, American BBQ, India’s Tandoori and Mexico’s Nachoburg. The recently launched Teriyaki Burger range, inspired by Japanese sweet and savoury flavours, is also part of the menu.
The launch reflects Wendy’s continued expansion across high footfall retail and food service destinations. By combining its core offerings with globally inspired menu innovations, the brand is broadening its appeal in India’s competitive QSR market. With the addition of the Elpro City Square Mall outlet, Wendy’s further strengthens its presence in Pune as it continues to expand through new retail and food court locations.
