India and US-based Kellton Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd has acquired New Jersey-headquartered enterprise consulting solutions and application outsourcing firm eVantage Technologies Inc, the company said in a BSE filing.
India and US-based Kellton Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd has acquired New Jersey-headquartered enterprise consulting solutions and application outsourcing firm eVantage Technologies Inc, the company said in a BSE filing. The details of the transactions are not disclosed. Post the deal, eVantage will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kellton.
“This (acquisition) enhances Kellton Tech’s capability and expertise primarily in the areas of service-oriented architecture, ERP, enterprise application integration (EAI) and business intelligence. This asset purchase represents a strategic fit for Kellton Tech, complementing its existing capabilities and distinguishing it as the most comprehensive IT solutions provider across industry verticals,” Kellton Tech said.
