Clonect Solutions Private Limited, a Bengaluru based Software Company focusing on building niche products in the area of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Management (GRC), has announced that Balakrishnan V, Former Infosys CFO and Chairman of Exfinity Fund has joined their board.
Clonect Solutions, funded and mentored by former Infosys CFOs and board members TV Mohandas Pai and V Balakrishnan, is founded by two former Infosys employees Balaji Rao and Shailesh Agrawal.
Clonect has raised around $250K as Angel investment including investments from Balakrishnan and Pai. B.C. Prabhakar, a senior Advocate specialized in Labour laws and ex-member of the Board of Wipro Limited, has also joined the elite league by making his first Angel investment.
