Education catalyst EduCat joins hands with Academy of Foreign Medical Graduates

India’s first professional education consultancy in study abroad services for medical education EduCat is joining hands with Academy of Foreign Medical Graduates founded by Dr. Vikas in 2002 (an alumni of AIIMS). It is a pioneer institution in the line of MCI Screening Test training and preparation in India. The Academy is not only known to be the best of its kinds, but also have given consistent successful performance since its establishment.

Medical Council of India Screening Test, also known as Foreign Medical Graduates Examination (FMGE), is one of the mandatory requirements for an Indian citizen who has a medical degree from a college outside India to practice medicine in the country.

With the youth of today becoming increasingly aware and exposed to a number of things through manifold mediums, they are caught in the midst of various choices and avenues coupled with an influx of growing global education opportunities. The screening test was introduced in 2002 as a qualifying examination for Indian students obtaining their medical degrees from countries other than India, such as countries belonging to the former Soviet Union, Eastern European countries, China, Nepal, Philippines, Caribbean countries, etc. The examination is held twice in a year in June and December.
