Citibank rejigs SME banking heads in India and Asia Pacific

Citibank elevated Rajat Madhok to head the bank’s SME business in Asia Pacific based out of Hong Kong. As a result, Tushar Vikram has been appointed as head of commercial banking in India with immediate effect.

Citibank’s commercial banking business services SMEs in 30 cities in India with a turnover of up to $500 million.

Tushar Vikram joined Citi in 1996 started and before his latest elevation; he was responsible for Citi’s public sector franchise in India and corporate banking business in the northern part of the country.
