By combining Talent Neuron's talent data asset with CEB's insight, best practice and predictive science on talent acquisition, assessment and development, the company is uniquely positioned to help senior executives define and realize measurable, data-based talent outcomes that drive corporate performance.
The Talent Neuron tools provide a clear and normalized view into talent market dynamics across 600 cities, 7,500 companies and 90 roles globally. The SaaS-based analytics platform informs a wide range of workforce-planning processes and has been configured to support Chief HR Officers and their teams as well as functional leaders, such as CIOs and CFOs, who increasingly need direct support in making decisions around specialized talent within their own functions.
Joint customers see immediate value in linking CEB's depth on strategy and business challenges with Talent Neuron's deep, timely insight into labor markets globally.
