Troovy has secured Rs 100 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors. The company will use the funds to strengthen product development, scale up manufacturing capacity and expand its distribution network.
The snack brand was reportedly seeking to raise up to Rs 200 crore through the Series B round.
Founded in 2023 by Aditya Mukherjee and Mansi Baranwal, Troovy offers snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta. The company focuses on convenient food products for children and families, using selected ingredients.
The capital infusion is expected to help Troovy invest in research and development (R&D), expand manufacturing and strengthen distribution through quick-commerce platforms and offline retail outlets. The company said the funding would also support the growth of its Build Together model.
Troovy develops products based on feedback from parents and insights into children's food preferences. Its product strategy centres on making alternative food choices more accessible to families. According to the company, its vacuum-cooked potato chips contain 10% to 12% oil, compared with 35% to 40% in mainstream chips. Its range also includes ketchup and seasonings for children made without synthetic additives or preservatives.
The latest funding follows two earlier rounds. In January 2026, Troovy raised $5 million in a Series A round led by Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures, with participation from existing investors Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital. In May 2025, the company secured Rs 20 crore, approximately $2.3 million, in a pre-Series A round led by Fireside Ventures.
Troovy operates in the children's health food segment, where it competes with brands such as Slurrp Farm, Timios and The Mumum Co. The wider better-for-you food category also includes brands such as Open Secret and Beyond Snack, which are building their presence through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, e-commerce, quick commerce and offline retail.
With the latest investment, Troovy aims to scale its operations and strengthen its position in India's growing better-for-you snacking market.
