Titan’s consumer businesses recorded 25% year-on-year growth in Q2FY27, supported by double-digit growth across jewellery, watches and eyewear, along with the addition of 78 net stores during the quarter. The company’s combined retail network stood at 3,758 stores globally at the end of September, according to its quarterly business update.
Domestic businesses grew 22% year-on-year, while international operations registered 97% growth. Titan said the international figure includes Damas Jewellery, in which it holds a 67% stake and which has been consolidated since January 2026.
The jewellery business, across all brands, grew around 21% year-on-year during the quarter. Titan said consumer demand remained healthy for most of the period, although it moderated towards the end as the festive calendar shifted into the third quarter. Studded jewellery grew in the early thirties, while plain gold jewellery increased by around 20%.
The watches business grew around 30% year-on-year, driven by continued premiumisation. Analog watches grew in the early thirties, while the smartwatches business recovered with high single-digit growth during the quarter.
Eyecare grew around 28% year-on-year, supported by Titan’s multi-brand approach, upgrades to its existing store network and a sharper merchandise portfolio. The division had 847 stores at the end of September.
Among the emerging businesses, fragrances grew in the mid-thirties year-on-year, women’s bags grew in the twenties, while Taneira recorded high single-digit growth. The segment added one store during the quarter, taking its total to 99 stores.
In international markets, Titan said the jewellery businesses of Tanishq, Mia and CaratLane continued to post strong double-digit growth in North America. Its GCC business remained resilient despite a volatile geopolitical environment, with Tanishq showing improving growth and Damas showing early signs of recovery.
On the retail expansion front, Titan’s jewellery portfolio added 42 stores during the quarter, taking its total to 1,269 stores. Tanishq, Mia, Zoya and beYon added 29 stores collectively, reaching 875 stores, while CaratLane added 13 stores to take its network to 394 stores.
The watches division added 34 stores during the quarter, taking its total store count to 1,379 as of September.
