Ben’s Cookies has expanded its India presence with a new outlet in Kala Ghoda, marking its entry into South Mumbai. The opening takes the British cookie brand’s store network to seven across Delhi NCR and Mumbai within four months.
Established in 1983 at Oxford’s historic Covered Market, Ben’s Cookies is known for its chunky, gooey cookies, freshly baked throughout the day. The choice of Kala Ghoda places the brand in a neighbourhood known for its heritage buildings, art galleries and cultural landmarks, attracting residents, professionals and visitors.
The new outlet follows the brand’s established architectural style while reflecting the character of its surroundings. With seating for 10–12 people, the store offers customers a place to enjoy freshly baked cookies and coffee while exploring the neighbourhood.
The menu features all 13 cookie flavours, along with coffees, ice creams and soft serve. Customers can enjoy the cookies on their own or pair them with ice cream and soft serve. The outlet will offer the same product range as other Ben’s Cookies stores.
For those looking to order at home or work, cookies, coffees, gifting boxes and tins will be available through Swiggy and Zomato. Ice creams and soft serve will be served exclusively at the store. The gifting range caters to occasions such as birthdays, weddings, festive celebrations and corporate events.
The opening comes as Ben’s Cookies continues to expand across key locations in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. The brand plans to open eight to 10 stores during the current financial year, followed by another four to six outlets. Northern India will be a focus for its next phase of expansion, while the company is also exploring opportunities in other cities and locations.
Alongside its signature cookies, the brand offers coffees, ice creams and soft serve to broaden its appeal among Indian consumers. Its gifting boxes and tins also provide an additional offering for individual and corporate customers.
With the Kala Ghoda opening, Ben’s Cookies strengthens its presence in Mumbai as it pursues further expansion in India.
