Wyndham to Debut Dolce Brand in India with Twin Luxury Resort Signings in Goa and Udaipur
The two resorts, to be developed by Fine Acers Group under the leadership of Principal Mr. Dinesh Yadav, are scheduled to open in 2030.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of two Dolce by Wyndham resorts in Goa and Udaipur, marking the upscale brand’s first entry into India and reinforcing the company’s growing focus on premium leisure destinations across the country.

The two resorts, to be developed by Fine Acers Group under the leadership of Principal Mr. Dinesh Yadav, are scheduled to open in 2030. Together, they will expand Wyndham’s footprint in India’s fast-growing upscale hospitality segment, catering to rising demand for leisure travel, destination weddings, meetings and corporate events. India’s tourism and hospitality industry is projected to approach US$60 billion by 2028, fueled largely by domestic travel and a growing appetite for high-end stays.

Located near the tranquil Keri Beach, the Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa will feature approximately 200 rooms and suites, designed around a lifestyle-oriented resort experience. Planned amenities include multiple specialty dining venues and bars, extensive indoor and outdoor event spaces, a wellness spa, swimming pools, children’s activity areas and direct beach access. Goa remains one of India’s most popular leisure destinations, with consistently strong occupancy levels and premium room rates driven by weddings, family holidays and international tourism.

In Rajasthan, the Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur will rise amid the Aravalli hills in Kodiyat, offering around 250 rooms along with a lobby lounge, all-day dining and signature restaurants. The resort will also include large banquet halls and landscaped lawns, flexible meeting facilities, a full-service health club and spa, and an outdoor swimming pool. Udaipur’s reputation as a luxury wedding and leisure hub continues to attract high-spending travelers, supported by strong corporate and group demand.

The Udaipur signing further strengthens Wyndham’s presence in the city, where the company already operates five hotels following the introduction of Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden properties.

Commenting on the announcement, Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the Dolce brand is well suited to India’s evolving travel preferences. He noted that destinations such as Goa and Udaipur continue to resonate with travelers seeking experience-driven stays centered on design, cuisine and meaningful gatherings.

The dual projects also deepen Wyndham’s partnership with Fine Acers Group, reflecting a shared strategy to develop premium assets in India’s most desirable leisure markets. According to Mr. Yadav, the developments underscore Fine Acers’ confidence in the long-term growth of India’s luxury leisure and destination wedding segments, as well as its commitment to sustainable, future-ready hospitality investments.

Wyndham’s expansion across Eurasia is supported by the Wyndham Advantage platform, which provides owners with marketing, distribution and technology resources, including significant investments in next-generation systems. The company’s global Wyndham Rewards program now has more than 121 million members worldwide.

Across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, Wyndham’s portfolio totals around 100 hotels, spanning brands such as Ramada by Wyndham, Howard Johnson by Wyndham and Wyndham Garden, with further growth planned in the upscale and leisure segments.
