Westlife Foodworld Appoints Naveen Gupta as Chief Business Officer to Drive Growth and Operational Excellence

Westlife Foodworld Limited, the master franchisee of McDonald’s restaurants in West and South India, has appointed Naveen Gupta as its Chief Business Officer, strengthening its leadership team as it accelerates growth and operational transformation across its restaurant network.

In his new role, Gupta will spearhead high-growth market expansion strategies, enhance operational efficiencies across multiple regions, and focus on improving unit economics to further strengthen the company’s position in India’s competitive quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.

The appointment comes on the back of Gupta’s successful stint as Head of Operations at Chaayos, where he played a key role in driving business performance and operational excellence. He also brings extensive experience from a five-year leadership tenure at Jubilant FoodWorks, one of India’s leading foodservice companies.

Over the course of his career, Gupta has held leadership positions across several prominent retail, hospitality, and foodservice organizations, including Restaurant Brands Asia, INOX Leisure, Future Group, Devyani International, and Sheraton New Delhi Hotel.
