Timex Group India posted a strong financial performance for FY25-26, with revenue rising 48 per cent year-on-year to ₹800 crore, underscoring the company’s accelerated growth momentum in the Indian watch market.
The company said it achieved a 32 per cent CAGR between FY22 and FY26, with revenue expanding from ₹265 crore over the four-year period.
EBITDA for the fiscal grew 134 per cent year-on-year to ₹116 crore, compared to ₹49.7 crore in the previous year, while EBITDA margin improved to 14.5 per cent from 9.2 per cent. Profit before tax (PBT) climbed 151 per cent to ₹107.4 crore, with PBT margin improving to 13.4 per cent.
Among its portfolio brands, Timex registered 62 per cent growth during the year, supported by design-focused launches, expanded manufacturing capabilities, and broader channel reach. Fashion brand Guess grew 51 per cent, while luxury label Versace recorded 48 per cent growth.
The company also witnessed robust momentum across sales channels, with e-commerce revenue surging 90 per cent year-on-year and the trade channel growing 32 per cent. Other channels too delivered strong double-digit growth during the fiscal.
For the fourth quarter of FY25-26, the company reported revenue of ₹236 crore, reflecting a 73 per cent increase over the corresponding period last year. Quarterly EBITDA rose 167 per cent to ₹40.4 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 17.1 per cent from 11.1 per cent. PBT for the quarter stood at ₹38.1 crore, up 191 per cent year-on-year.
Channel-wise, e-commerce revenue in Q4 grew 158 per cent, retail sales increased 112 per cent, and trade channel sales rose 52 per cent compared to the year-ago period.

Timex Group India further enhanced its brand portfolio during the year through new launches including Aston Martin Watches, while also broadening lifestyle categories with offerings such as ring watches and jewellery under Guess. The company additionally strengthened key collections including Vector, Signio, Waterbury, Marlin, and Q Timex, alongside collaborations with global franchises and brands such as Harry Potter, Superman, MM6, The James Brand, and Wednesday.
Supported by its manufacturing base in India, the company said it has increased its annual production capacity to 6 million units and is planning a further expansion to 10 million units to cater to future growth demand.
