Expanding its footprint in Maharashtra, The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed The Fern Residency Chandrapur, Series by Marriott. With this latest addition, the hospitality group’s portfolio in the state has grown to 46 properties that are operational or slated to open soon.

Scheduled to open in December 2029, the upcoming hotel will house 57 rooms and suites, complemented by an all-day dining restaurant, a conference room, and a banquet hall designed to cater to business meetings, events, and social occasions.
