Sharon Pais has been appointed Head of Myntra, effective April 13, marking a significant leadership transition at the Flipkart-owned fashion platform. She takes over from outgoing CEO Nandita Sinha.
Pais previously served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Myntra from October 2021 to October 2025 and brings deep expertise in fashion e-commerce, category management, and platform growth strategy. In her role as CBO, she oversaw the company’s overall business performance, including revenue growth, marketplace operations, and key expansion initiatives.
She played a pivotal role in scaling emerging categories such as beauty, personal care, and home, while also incubating Myntra’s Gen Z-focused proposition, Fwd. Pais further led major growth initiatives, including the expansion of hyperlocal delivery through MNow and the development of the direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion programme, “Myntra Rising Star.”
Before taking on the leadership role at Myntra, Sharon Pais served as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for Fashion at Flipkart, a position she assumed in November 2025.
Her earlier tenure at Flipkart spans over five years, during which she held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Loyalty and Travel, Head of Women’s Apparel, and Head of Home Categories. In these positions, she managed profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities while driving category growth, and also worked across category marketing functions to boost sales, customer acquisition, and strategic planning.
Pais began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent more than five years in roles across sales, trade marketing, and retail operations in various regions of India. Her experience there included leading business turnarounds, managing key accounts, and spearheading category expansion initiatives.
