Victoria’s Secret & Co. India has announced the appointment of Kunal Behl as Head of E-Commerce, as the brand sharpens its focus on accelerating digital growth and enhancing customer engagement in one of the world’s fastest-growing retail markets.
Behl, an experienced professional with over a decade in fashion retail and e-commerce, brings a strong track record of driving online business performance and operational efficiency. In his new role, he will lead Victoria’s Secret India’s digital strategy, overseeing e-commerce operations, platform optimization, customer experience initiatives, and online revenue growth.
Prior to joining Victoria’s Secret & Co. India, Behl held several leadership roles at Forever New Apparels and Forever New Clothing, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s online retail performance. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager – E-Commerce at Forever New Apparels (Feb 2024 – Sep 2025), where he led initiatives that resulted in 40% year-on-year growth, introduced new products that contributed over 5% of website revenue, and implemented strategic operational enhancements such as the migration to Magento 2 and the adoption of improved return policies.
Behl’s earlier roles included strategic planning and merchandising positions at Forever New Clothing, where he focused on inventory management, stock optimization, and data-driven decision-making to boost profitability. He began his career with Marks & Spencer as a summer intern in the Buying & Merchandising team.
