Peeko Raises Rs 67.4 Crore Series A to Double Dark Stores and Build Parenting Platform
Currently operating three dark stores in Bengaluru and covering around 55% of the city, Peeko plans to double its network to six stores by the end of 2026.

Bengaluru based baby and kids care quick commerce startup Peeko has raised Rs 67.4 crore, or more than $7 million, in a Series A round led by Chiratae Ventures. Existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and angel investors also participated in the round.

The latest funding comes as Peeko looks to expand beyond quick delivery of babycare products and build a broader “parenting partner” proposition. The company plans to invest in technology that can support this offering alongside its commerce business.

The latest round follows Peeko’s $3.2 million fundraise in August last year, led by Stellaris Venture Partners with participation from angel investors including Maninder Gulati and V3 Ventures co-founder Arjun Vaidya, among others.

Founded by Chetan Sharma, Abhijit Gairola and Vivek Khetan, Peeko operates a specialised quick commerce platform focused on baby and kids care products.

The platform offers products across apparel, diapers, food and other categories for parents and children. It also provides services such as try and buy and instant returns, adding convenience to its quick delivery model.

The company’s next phase will focus on expanding its role from a product delivery platform to a broader parenting partner. Technology investments from the latest funding are expected to support this transition while Peeko continues to scale its core commerce business.

Currently operating three dark stores in Bengaluru and covering around 55% of the city, Peeko plans to double its network to six stores by the end of 2026. The startup plans to enter additional cities next year.

The company said it has grown nearly two fold every quarter over the past six months, with more than one lakh customers having shopped on the platform since launch.

Alongside its geographic expansion, Peeko has significantly increased its product assortment. From around 6,000 SKUs at launch, the platform now offers between 27,000 and 30,000 SKUs across apparel and accessories, toys and learning products, baby gear and consumables.

With an average order value of around Rs 1,000, apparel, toys and baby gear account for a significant share of Peeko’s commerce activity.

Rather than competing across multiple consumer categories, Peeko is focused specifically on baby and kids care requirements. Its model combines quick delivery with a specialised assortment and features tailored to the way parents shop for children.

The planned expansion into a broader parenting focused technology platform could further differentiate the startup as it grows its fulfilment network and prepares to move beyond Bengaluru.

For now, Peeko’s immediate priorities are to deploy its Series A capital towards technology, expand its Bengaluru coverage through additional dark stores and prepare for its entry into new cities.
