Inorbit Malls, part of the K Raheja Corp Group, has officially opened the doors to its newest retail destination in Hubballi, Karnataka. Spanning 500,000 sq. ft. of gross leasable area over six levels, the expansive lifestyle mall brings together over 117 national and international retail brands, more than 25 food and beverage outlets, and a state-of-the-art 7-screen multiplex — making it one of the largest organized retail centers in the region.
Strategically located on Gokul Road, just 6 km from Hubballi railway station and 4 km from Hubballi Airport, the mall is positioned to serve the twin cities of Hubballi-Dharwad, one of Karnataka’s fastest-growing urban clusters.
“Inorbit Hubballi is more than a shopping destination — it's a community hub designed to create memorable experiences,” said Rajneesh Mahajan, CEO of Inorbit Malls. “This city has significant untapped potential in organized retail, and with this launch, we aim to offer a vibrant, modern space where people can shop, dine, unwind, and connect.”
The mall features top-tier retailers including Shoppers Stop, Pantaloons, Smart Bazaar, and Trends, and introduces Hubballi to popular entertainment brands such as Timezone and PVR — the city's first and only multiplex of its kind, offering over 1,700 seats. The F&B lineup includes global and domestic favorites like KFC, McDonald’s, and Burger King.
Several brands are making their Hubballi debut through this mall, including American Eagle, Rare Rabbit, Bonkers Corner, Forest Essentials, Miniso, and Subway — reflecting a broader strategy to bring aspirational brands to Tier-II cities.
Rohit Gopalani, Chief Business Officer at Inorbit Malls, emphasized the company’s focus on underserved markets: “Hubballi-Dharwad consumers have long been underserved when it comes to premium retail access. Our goal is to bridge this gap and cater to the city’s evolving lifestyle needs while supporting its growth as a retail and cultural hub.”
The new property also features two basement levels offering parking for over 500 vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
With this launch, Inorbit’s operational portfolio grows to five malls across India — in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Vadodara, and now Hubballi — alongside three more under development, including a 1.4 million sq. ft. mall in Visakhapatnam and a mixed-use project in Hyderabad in partnership with Brookfield.
Inorbit Malls currently manages over 2.2 million sq. ft. of retail space and hosts more than 500 brands, drawing nearly 38 million visitors annually.
The Hubballi mall is expected to become a landmark retail and social destination for North Karnataka, redefining shopping and entertainment in the region.
