US premium fashion and lifestyle brand Calvin Klein has signed a lease with Migsun Mall to open a 1,114 sq. ft. store, further strengthening its retail presence in India while enhancing the mall’s global brand portfolio.
“Retail today is as much about brand alignment as it is about physical space,” said Migsun Group’s leasing head Rajeev Srivastava in a release on Monday. “Calvin Klein represents a global design philosophy that speaks to modern consumers, and we’re pleased to have the brand join Migsun Mall.”
The Calvin Klein store will showcase urban, contemporary casualwear for both men and women. Located in Ghaziabad, Migsun MiGente Mall houses a mix of Indian and international fashion and lifestyle brands, with Tommy Hilfiger having opened a mono-brand outlet at the centre in January this year.
“Our approach has been to create a retail ecosystem that feels relevant, uncluttered and experience-oriented rather than purely transactional,” said Srivastava. “Each new signing is evaluated not just on brand strength, but on how well it contributes to the overall shopping journey. Calvin Klein adds a distinct, contemporary dimension to our fashion mix and strengthens the mall’s positioning as a destination for refined, modern retail.”
Calvin Klein, headquartered in New York, made its India debut with standalone stores in 2007 and currently sells through both physical stores and online platforms nationwide.
