Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) has forayed into India’s rapidly expanding café sector with the launch of its first in-house café brand, ‘in good co’. The brand made its debut with the opening of its maiden outlet in Greater Kailash 2 (GK2), one of South Delhi’s prominent retail and dining destinations.
With ‘in good co’, ABNAH is looking to tap into evolving consumer preferences that increasingly prioritize experiences, social connections, and community-driven spaces alongside quality food and beverages. The café is positioned as a contemporary neighbourhood destination that seeks to combine elements of global café culture with an Indian identity.
The launch marks Aditya Birla Group’s latest move in the hospitality and food services space, reflecting growing confidence in India’s organized café market. Industry experts expect the segment to witness sustained growth, driven by rising disposable incomes, changing lifestyles, and a growing demand for premium yet accessible dining experiences.
According to the company, ‘in good co’ is designed to be more than just a café, offering a space where consumers can gather, work, socialize, and engage with local culture. The concept aims to resonate with urban consumers who value authenticity, creativity, and meaningful experiences.
The opening of the GK2 outlet is expected to be the first step in a broader expansion strategy as ABNAH builds its presence in the country’s competitive café arena.
