TACT seeks aid for MSMEs

The TACT has also appealed for simplification of MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises) policies framed by the state government to enable MSME to receive sufficient subsidy to purchase machinery and consume power.

Besides TACT, the Coimbatore Tirupur District Micro and Cottage Entrepreneurs Association also appealed for relaxation in pollution control norms. MSMEs in the state are not well aware of the pollution norms and ran their units in residential areas.
