Mobile Internet firm, One97 Communications Ltd. has acquired the Delhi-based marketing platform MobiVite, the company said in a release today. Software as a Service (SaaS) based MobiVite enables businesses and brand managers to create mobile websites and execute engaging mobile-web campaigns. The acquisition will enable One97 to offer complete mobile marketing services to brands and agencies.
