Kalam through his speech inspired students to take leadership roles and create opportunities for nation’s growth. He was speaking at the launch of the event, ‘Entrepreneurship Summit 2012’ by IIML.
The annual entrepreneurship summit (November 23 – 25) is centred on the idea, 'India: Business and Beyond' focusing on indigenous entrepreneurship. The summit will also focus on start-ups’ growth in India. Events such as 'Samriddhi', the general business plan contest; 'Srijan', the technology business plan contest and Margdarshan, an interaction of students with entrepreneurs will be held at the three day summit.
E-Summit 2012 will also see events like model parliament, MobiApp innovation, 'bizness', 'next big industry' and 'quizzard' providing hands-on experience of an entrepreneurial environment to students.
