The company would roll out 50 lakh equity shares of 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 16 per equity share including a share premium of Rs 6 per equity share, aggregating Rs 8 core of which 2.80 lakh equity shares of 10 each will be reserved for the subscription by the market makers to the issue. The net offering would be 47, 20,000 equity shares of 10 each for cash at a price of 16 per equity share aggregating 7.5 crore.
