The initial goal was to start a small outlet that catered to the middle and lower-middle-class segments, particularly targeting college students and corporate employees who seek affordable yet delightful food options. I deliberately chose not to enter the high-end market. Instead, I aimed to fill a noticeable gap in the market—providing quality momos to a demographic with limited spending power but a craving for something enjoyable and different.
