However, it was during an otherwise routine exploration of Mumbai’s bustling streets that I had a seemingly ordinary yet transformative moment.

During my travels, I had the opportunity to sample a wide array of cuisines, but it was my first encounter with momos in Mumbai that truly stood out. This seemingly simple dish, enjoyed from a bustling street vendor, left a lasting impression on me. With this newfound inspiration, I decided to venture into the food industry with a focus on momos. The initial goal was to start a small outlet that catered to the middle and lower-middle-class segments, particularly targeting college students and corporate employees who seek affordable yet delightful food options. I deliberately chose not to enter the high-end market. Instead, I aimed to fill a noticeable gap in the market—providing quality momos to a demographic with limited spending power but a craving for something enjoyable and different.

Launching the first outlet was a challenge. Managing day-to-day expenses and establishing a brand presence required considerable effort and persistence. However, my belief in the concept and my commitment to delivering quality food paid off. Within three months, the outlet began to show promising results.
