At Iceberg, we serve a variety of ice cream flavours, prepared with a variety of technologies:
- 35 Natural Flavours: From normal vanilla ice creams to sugar-free ones, from the most common chocolate ice creams to seasonal specials such as Kala Jamoon and Sitaphal, Iceberg serves 35 different flavours.
- Mist Recipes: Frozen cream in less than 3 minutes. Pick your favourite toppings, we mix them with your favouriteflavour by using molecular gastronomy technique. It sound a bit unusual, but possible at Iceberg in less than 3 minutes.
- Pan Recipes: Mixing desired flavour paste in pasteurized full cream milk and poured on -40° C food graded stainless steel pan, within 45 seconds milk will be crystalized and can be rolled out & served.
- Coldstone Recipes: Choice of smooth and creamy icecream along with choice of toppings hand mixed live on frozen galaxy marble stone (-18° C temp) and served infresh hand-made waffle cups.
- Toppings Recipes: Different types of topping are used to decorate your favorite flavours and make your own icecream sundaes.

- Tubs Ice cream Dispenser: It is an automated tubs dispensing machine (like coke tins dispensing unit)
- Ice cream Truck: Takeaway and eat-on-road concept, with pan or mist icecreams.
