FoodJockeys is a recent venture, started individually by one of the second generation Directors of a family business Group with a turnover of over Rs. 300 crores. FoodJockeys is also the Master Franchisee for Cocoberry Frozen Yogurt for various States of Western and Southern India. Apart from this, FoodJockeys has started its own QSR food brand called FJs, which serves American, Mexican and other cuisines with a focus on healthy recipes and a quirky, colourful, youthful ambience with high levels of customer service.

In India, CRCC has the unique but perfect combination of a specialty coffee shop as well as a bar and restaurant with a wide selection of premium coffees, protein shakes, bakery products, beers, wines, hard liquor, snacks and main course options.

CRCC was created from a love of coffee and a love of great classic rock music. Since coffee is a stimulant, it made sense to create a concept that is an alternative to the laid-back, read-a-book and take-a-nap type of coffee shop. CRCC's tagline says it all: “Our Coffee Rocks!”

Unlike typical coffee shops, it's a rock n roll infused, specialty coffee, java joint. Classic rock music plays through an awesome sound system, rock concerts are shown on large screens, coffee is roasted in front of your eyes, espresso based drinks are crafted right in front of you, guitars, albums and memorabilia are everywhere. There is also a huge range of classic rock themed merchandise including coffee equipment, clothing, games, etc. developed specially for CRCC. A stage is provided for various local and renowned rock bands to perform live in the restaurant. This is a great crowd puller as well as a platform for budding rock bands to showcase their talent.

The most unique feature of a Classic Rock Coffee outlet is its live roasting of green coffee beans in the store. It is fascinating to watch and customers throng to the coffee shop just to witness the process of live coffee roasting. Some of the world’s best coffee beans are used to make the finest single origin and blended coffees. CRCC uses the best equipment in the world for all the processes involved in coffee making.

Indian Franchisees will get almost everything readymade through FoodJockeys.

FoodJockeys has already tied up with various importers and suppliers for the best possible products and commercial terms for its franchisees. FoodJockeys will also be importing all the coffee, protein shakes and other ingredients and supplying them locally to its Indian franchisees. The branded merchandise will be imported or developed locally by FoodJockeys.

FoodJockeys will provide extensive support in site selection and viability study, outlet design, menu design, staff selection and training, sourcing of raw materials and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.

A readymade interior kit will be provided to create the unique “Classic Rock” look and feel of the outlet. Apart from our national marketing efforts, marketing collateral and other support will be provided for each outlet specific to its location.

FoodJockeys has developed its own mobile app based loyalty program which covers all its brands under one program. Franchisees will get to use this loyalty program and CRM which will give points and rewards to their customers at any FoodJockeys outlet anywhere in the country.

FoodJockeys has tied up with a social media agency and has an extensive presence and following across various social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter for all its brands on a common platform, which will be available to all franchisees.
