Pabrai’s Fresh and Naturelle Ice Creams started operations in 2008 and franchising in 2011. Currently, the brand has 32 franchise units including 3 company owned outlets across 16 cities in India

Pabrai’s Ice Creams have a unique taste which ensures loyal & repeat customers. A franchisee of Pabrai’s Fresh and Naturelle Ice Creams is provided with all designs, systems, processes, controls, and training to easily and successfully run their units. The signature product of the company is Pabrai’s Nalen Gur Ice Cream which was invented by them. Apart from this, Pabrai’s also makes Indian flavours like Paan, Kesar Rabri Malai, Chandan etc. Fresh Fruit flavours of ice creams (like Tender Coconut, Sitaphal, Chikoo, Alphanso Mango etc.); Chocolate range of flavours, Exotic flavours (like Mascarpone Cheese with Candied Fruits, Strawberry Balsamic, Apple Pie, etc.); and Sugar free flavours (like Rose, South Indian Coffee).

Pabrai’s have introduced new range of Milk Shakes & Thick Shakes made from 100% natural ingredients. The taste and natural flavour is much appreciated by customers as compared to artificial syrups, etc. used by most other companies.

BUSINESS MODEL

Pabrai’s Ice cream is looking to cover tier I and II cities in India & expand to approx 40 +stores by March 19. In spite of several overseas enquiries, such expansion will start only after 50 + domestic outlets are reached. First franchisees in new cities are also given option to take up distribution thereby generating two revenue streams- one from retail sales and another from institutional sales (to Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers and also subsequent Franchisees in that area).
