You have recently opened up a Mini TRS. How is it different from the regular TRS?
The goodwill gained due to Raymond has been very rewarding. Everyone knows the brand well. And being a franchisee of Raymond has helped us build good business and traction among customers.
What are the key benefits of being associated with brand Raymond?
Being a Raymond franchisee is like joining a Raymond family. They develop new products as required by the market. The Loyalty Program which they run helps to get customer footfall at the store. They also provide a buying plan which helps us in purchasing the products.
How should you select the ideal brand or franchisor?
One should select the brand based on the brand image, market presence and performance of the existing stores. Besides, one should take feedback from the existing franchisees to know how much franchise-friendly the company is.
Could you share your expansion plans?
We are fully engaged with Raymond and their brands. We are currently planning to open two stores of Raymond Ethnix and we will surely have a long-term relationship with Raymond.
How has been your journey with Raymond?
We had been engaged with the sari business since the past five generations but then wanted to extend our offerings to menswear as well. Hence, we chose to be associated with a leading brand like Raymond. We opened our first Raymond showroom at Amravati in 1997. And now we have three stores of Raymond.
