What is the brand’s strategic approach for biz growth?
As a QSR brand which specializes in shakes and ice creams, proper dedication towards service, maintaining quality of the products and providing a happy environment for the customers is the key. We constantly research and update our products, take customer feedbacks and work on them and exercise proper store audits in order to maintain the quality and the standards. Where all are your present & what kind of development do you see for your brand in the next five years?
We have been successfully growing pan -India with 50+ outlets at present and are also expanding in new cities vigorously. At the same time we are maintaining the quality at par at all our outlets. We also moved into a successful joint venture with PVR Cinemas and we have 10+ kiosks at PVR properties. We look forward to achieve a number of 100+ outlets by 2018. In the next five years, we plan to be a prominent name in this industry and we plan to have the largest franchise network in this evergrowing food and beverage sector.

We continuously work towards the common goal of providing consumers with delight and happiness through our products. For this, we tend to establish a strong and reliable network of visionary individuals who can contribute to and can benefit from this network. What criteria do you follow to select the franchisees & what kind of training and support do you provide to the franchisees?
For franchisee selection, we look for energetic entrepreneurs who are visionary, hardworking and possess the quality of serving customers in order to spread happiness. In terms of training & support, we handhold our partners right from the start. Supporting them
from suitable area selection, to store layout design, efficient training of the employees, assisting with marketing plan consisting of pre-launch and post-launch activities to planning the inauguration of the outlet, we provide full support to the franchisees at every crucial step.
