TGB Café n Bakery operates through a completely ready-to-eat model, where the entire manufacturing takes place at their two state-of-the-art factories in Ahmedabad and Surat. Additionally, TGB Café n Bakery is expanding through the franchising model which involves ZERO Royalty.

What made you choose franchising?

Operating at multiple locations becomes a herculean task as it becomes difficult to manage and optimize the operations of each outlet.
