Strengthening its omnichannel retail strategy, activewear brand TechnoSport has launched TechnoSport Express, a compact store format aimed at accelerating its offline expansion. The Bengaluru-based company plans to establish 25 TechnoSport Express outlets by the end of FY27.
The new format is designed to complement the brand's broader retail growth plans, which include expanding its network to 130 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) by the end of the current financial year.
Commenting on the development, TechnoSport CEO Puspen Maity said, “TechnoSport Express is an important step in accelerating our retail growth journey. This format allows us to scale faster, strengthen our presence across high-potential markets, and create new opportunities for partners to grow alongside the brand.
"At the same time, it helps us bring the TechnoSport experience closer to consumers in a more accessible way.”
s part of its phased expansion strategy, the company will first launch TechnoSport Express stores in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh before entering additional regions.
TechnoSport co-founder and managing director Sunil JhunJhunWala said, “While EBOs continue to play a key role in delivering immersive brand experiences, TechnoSport Express is designed for agility, accessibility, and convenience. It allows us to serve newer catchments with an efficient retail model while ensuring consumers enjoy a well-curated and easy shopping experience.”
