Dineout is adopting a refreshed brand identity as Swiggy sharpens the platform’s positioning in India’s dining-out category. The update gives the dining business a more distinct consumer-facing presence while retaining its association with Swiggy.
Under the revised brand architecture, Dineout will remain the consumer-facing name, with the Swiggy logo continuing to feature in its identity. The move aims to establish Dineout more clearly as a dedicated dining-out brand while maintaining its connection with the parent platform.
The updated visual identity features a compact, lowercase “d” logo designed to improve visibility across app icons, digital screens and other consumer touchpoints. A Swiggy pin has also been retained as part of the design.
Fresh mint has been introduced as the primary brand colour. The new visual system seeks to convey the ease and spontaneity associated with dining out.
Mayur Hola, head of brand, Swiggy, said, “Dineout is a big part of the dining and FnB ecosystem in India, and the new identity reflects that evolution. Moving from Swiggy Dineout to Dineout gives the brand a sharper, more distinctive identity, while retaining the Swiggy S pin as a mark of the trust and experience behind it. The new green identity reflects our growing ambition in dining out and the opportunity ahead for Dineout to build a category-defining brand for India’s vibrant and evolving food and dining culture.”
The refreshed identity will be introduced across Dineout’s external channels, including social media, customer communications and in-app messaging.
Meanwhile, Dineout continues to run its flagship Great Indian Restaurant Festival (GIRF). This season, the campaign has been reimagined as The Great Indian Ravi Festival, featuring Ravi Kishan as its face.
The move gives Dineout a more distinct identity as Swiggy’s consumer-facing dining-out platform, while retaining the Swiggy brand within its overall architecture.
