The store features a differentiated brand mix, interiors and merchandise selection, positioning it between conventional department store retail and luxury retail. The opening reflects changing consumer preferences, with shoppers increasingly seeking premium retail experiences in their home cities.
Jaipur’s established association with heritage, craftsmanship and luxury provides the setting for the new format. Pacific Mall, where CRA has served as the strategic leasing partner, will house the store as retailers and mall developers explore new department store formats to meet evolving consumer expectations.
