The upcoming hotel, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kharar, will operate under a franchise model and marks the company’s continued push into high-growth Tier II and III cities.
The new property will feature 47 well-appointed rooms and a host of modern amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, fitness centre, spa, and swimming pool. Strategically located approximately 26 km from Chandigarh’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport and 28 km from the city’s railway station, the hotel is well-connected by public and private transport.
Kharar, situated in the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar district, is emerging as a dynamic business and cultural hub.
