The property has been developed under a franchise agreement with M/S Gatik & Deetya Resorts & Spa LLP, further strengthening Wyndham’s presence in India’s premium leisure segment.
Strategically located in the serene village of Choi near Ramnagar, the resort is ideally positioned approximately 13 km from Ramnagar town and 15 km from the Amdanda Gate of Jim Corbett National Park’s Bijrani zone. The resort is accessible via Pantnagar Airport (approximately 80 km away) and is a convenient 5–6 hour drive from Delhi NCR, making it a preferred choice for leisure travelers, corporate groups, and destination events.
