
Vishvapreet Singh Cheema has been named President of the company, while Niket Sood has taken on the role of Vice President – Commercial Strategy.
Cheema brings three decades of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked with major international hotel chains including InterContinental, Marriott, and Radisson. Before joining Lemon Tree Hotels, he was responsible for overseeing operations across South West Asia at IHG Hotels, covering India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. He began his hospitality career with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and has held various senior roles throughout his tenure in the industry.
Sood, who will focus on commercial strategy, has nearly 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. He previously led topline strategy for Accor in South Asia, where he was tasked with driving market share growth for the brand. His background includes roles at other major global hospitality groups such as Accor and Marriott International.
