IHCL Expands Northeast Presence With Ginger Guwahati

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has added a new property to its Ginger portfolio with the opening of Ginger Guwahati, Aerocity in Assam.

Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President – Select Service Business, IHCL, said, “With the opening of Ginger Guwahati, the brand continues to expand its presence in key markets across the country. As the gateway to Northeast India, Guwahati is an important commercial and travel hub.”

The new property features 31 rooms, offering comfortable accommodation along with city views. Located on New Airport Road, Ginger Guwahati, Aerocity also houses Qmin, the brand’s signature all-day dining restaurant serving a mix of global and regional cuisines, along with a bar for guests to unwind. The hotel also includes a meeting and conference room designed for intimate meetings and small gatherings.
