Croma Appoints Shiv Barai as VP Hyperlocal Stores

Croma has appointed Shiv Barai as Vice President, Hyperlocal Stores, where he will focus on driving hyperlocal store operations, strengthening customer experience and improving business performance across the retailer’s network.

Barai brings extensive experience across Croma, Baskin-Robbins, Pizza Hut and Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited. His career spans retail operations, store management, customer service, profitability and business operations, along with experience in affordability and refurbished businesses and omnichannel customer experience.

In his new role, Barai will work on strengthening Croma’s hyperlocal retail operations while enhancing customer experience and driving business performance across its store network. His experience across multiple markets and business functions adds to his mandate of managing and scaling retail operations.
