The company plans to open 150 new stores during the year, adding to its existing network of 987 exclusive brand outlets as of June 2025.

Arvind Fashions kicked off FY26 on a strong note, reporting a multi-fold increase in net profit for the April–June quarter. The apparel and lifestyle retailer posted a net profit of ₹13 crore in Q1FY26, a sharp rise from ₹1 crore in the same period last year, driven by robust consumer demand across its portfolio of brands and a strong performance in direct-to-consumer channels.

Revenue for the quarter grew 16% year-on-year to ₹1,107 crore, up from ₹955 crore in Q1FY25. The growth was led by solid traction in the company’s online B2C and exclusive brand outlets, resulting in an 8.1% like-for-like sales growth and over 30% surge in digital sales.

Gross margins improved by 60 basis points to 55.9%, supported by reduced discounting levels. Operating profit (EBITDA) rose 20.3% to ₹148 crore, up from ₹123 crore a year ago. Despite a 140 basis point increase in advertising spend, EBITDA margins expanded 50 basis points to 13.4%, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

“Q1 FY26 has been a bright start,” said Shailesh Chaturvedi, MD & CEO of Arvind Fashions. “We reinvigorated our brands with increased marketing investments, leading to higher footfalls and market share gains. Our direct-to-consumer strategy will continue to be a cornerstone of our growth.”

The company, which houses brands like Arrow, US Polo Assn., Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Flying Machine, is aiming for a 12–15% revenue growth in FY26. Arvind Fashions also plans to open 150 new stores during the year, adding to its existing network of 987 exclusive brand outlets as of June 2025.

Industry analysts expect Arvind Fashions to continue focusing on expanding retail presence, improving inventory turns, and leveraging operational scale to sustain its growth momentum.
