Youth fashion brand Spykar is gearing up for its next phase of growth with a sharp focus on retail expansion in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, backed entirely by its franchise-led model. The brand is targeting cities like Nashik, Bhopal, Indore, Bhubaneswar, and Guwahati, where it sees growing brand affinity, rising footfalls, and evolving fashion sensibilities among younger consumers.
Spykar’s exclusive brand outlet (EBO) network is currently 100% franchise-operated, a model that has allowed the company to scale efficiently while leveraging local expertise. “Franchise partnerships are a key pillar of our network and are central to our expansion in emerging markets,” the company stated.
In FY2025–26, Spykar aims to strengthen its omnichannel presence while building a stronger retail footprint in high-potential markets outside metros. The brand continues to invest in AI, predictive analytics, and digital personalization to support design, customer engagement, and inventory planning—ensuring a seamless and intelligent retail experience across formats.
As part of its broader vision, Spykar is also exploring newer distribution formats including quick commerce, with essentials like trunks and T-shirts already available via Zepto. The company says its retail evolution is being driven by deep consumer insight, loyalty initiatives, and the preferences of Gen Z and Gen Alpha shoppers.
